I love working in a supportive, collaborative environment where each family we serve is at the heart of all we do.
explain what you do at Puzzle Pieces
I am the Speech Department Supervisor. I provide clinical supervision to each SLP who works at Puzzle Pieces and lead our speech team meetings. I also provide parent and school consultations, as well as lead trainings on various speech and language topics.
what do you like doing outside of work
I love spending time with my three young children, venturing out into nature, taking walks on the beach on Cape Cod, and watching football.
what education or certifications do you have
- B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Education from Cornell University
- Masters in Teaching with a Concentration in Students with Disabilities from Pace University
- Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University.
- I’m an ASHA certified SLP (CCC-SLP), and I’m trained in Reading with TLC’s Lively Letters reading program, Fundations (a Wilson’s early reading program), and have taken DIRFloortime® 101.
