why do you love working at Puzzle Pieces and doing the work you do
To me, working at Puzzle Pieces and being an SLP is all about the people! I absolutely love getting to know clients and their families and value our warm and inviting environment. I also appreciate the spirit of creativity, compassion and individuality we have here!
explain what you do at Puzzle Pieces
My role as a speech therapist is to work collaboratively with both the child and their family. Together, we develop goals and work on skills to boost confidence and improve communication in ways that are functional for day-to-day life. Whether learning occurs through play, songs or fun activities, the child and family’s wants and needs always come first.
what do you like doing outside of work
I am a lifelong musician and love writing songs, singing, and playing the piano. I also enjoy outdoor adventures, curling up with a good book, learning about different cultures, and spending quality time with family and friends.
